Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your invoice value. This fee covers the cost of the reserved time slot and helps us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
